SOMETHING PERSONAL ABOUT LIFE...

There was a time when I used to shout out  and say everyone about the reason for my happiness and same while I used to be sad. Over the years, I got one thing straight and that is all don't think good of you. Sounds a little harsh, but that's true. So, sometimes some things should be kept personal and should just be shared among the best or truest buddies you have. Hope you all like this short poem depicting this message.

Once upon a time I was so open,
My whole life was like a piece of coupon.
U just buy some time for me,
And I will say u everything from happiness to plea.

But then life gives a lesson to all,
That teaches you things which are important but small.
And that's how I also learned,
Some things should never be said up front.

Personal life is termed personal for a reason,
So keep those private moments within your brains prison.
Because although we think all are like us,
You don't know some just want to make it a fuss.

Many people's outward looks are just a cover,
To protect the underlying revolver.
Try to stay away with your personal talks to them,
You never know at which public forum they will put you to shame.

Your life is yours not someone’s else,
So it's good to keep some secrets within you.
Because you shall see human never fails,
To say something which will humiliate you.

The most dangerous animals on planet sometimes have just got two legs,
So try to remain away from such people who in your life want to create a plague.

P.S. The best days, are the ones which you don't upload...

KARMA IS A BITCH...

Today I encountered a good experience, and my belief on GOD or whatever you call strengthened more. Its true whatever you do, will return back to you because KARMA IS A BITCH... Hope you all like it...  Today morning a wonderful experience I had, Though it felt good, trust me for someone it was bad. But what to do KARMA IS A BITCH, It never leaves till to you a lesson it teach. For every single word you speak that hurts other, One day with interest returns back to you and bother. But I am happy that someone is there, Who is ready to give every human their deserving share. Experiences in past had already made me a believer of God, But today I knew that no human is spared from his sword. The saying is true that, as you sow, so shall you reap; Even in a second the fortunes can flip. Don't hurt someone who's poor due to your present high status, Because even from the mud, someday blooms a lotus. For people who think nothing bad can happ...

KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM

Knowledge and wisdom. Just like 2 sides of the same coin.  Some feel knowledge is more important while for a few others, wisdom goes a long way. In my opinion, though, they both contribute more or less equally to a person's life. Yes, there are exceptions; a lot of exceptions. Still, I believe, with growth, with new generations coming in, both will play equal roles. During the beginning, knowledge surely has a greater role to play, but with age, wisdom and experiences are things that shall also matter a lot.  Now, knowledge and wisdom both grow with every new generation that impends on this planet. While the baggage of knowledge grows more as compared to wisdom because of the sheer amount of new technologies and inventions/discoveries that add up to the existing knowledge tree, wisdom is more subtle. Wisdom cannot be gained by surfing the internet, reading news articles, or on google. To develop wisdom, more creative approaches are required. Wisdom gets transferred from one ge...

A GIFT FOR THE BRIDE

A fter almost 3 months, I am blogging. This time its a story which is already there on my fb page. Happy reading. Sunaina, a girl of 24 years in the suburbs of Odisha was readying herself to leave her own home. The home of her own parents. It is 6 am in the morning. The night that just passed brought a big change in her life. From a cute cuddly daughter and sister, she has now become someone’s wife. She knows her husband well, but still she is not able to understand why she’s having that heartache. Silently, sitting in her room, tears were flowing down from her eyes. She was thinking how to control her tears. But she was unable to hold them back. Slowly, the door opened and she tried to wipe out her tears. Her brother silently stood and stared at her. She looked up and said, “Bhaiya, what happened?” Her brother, Manas entered the room and sat near her. “Sister, do you remember when you were six and I was eight, we played as kids with me performing your marriage. Do you ...
