HAPPY WALI DIWALI...

The festival of light has arrived and there can be no better alternative to wish you all through a blogpost.. Happy Diwali, friends and may you all stay blessed and healthy and love my blogposts. :)

Are you all ready for the night?
When night will turn into a day filled with light.
An occasion for which all wait every year,
Whole India celebrates this day with so much cheer.

The houses look like beautiful palaces,
With garlands of light hanging from terraces.
New dresses and decorations fill the home,
And sweet dishes are bound to come.
Happiness and joy fills the air,
A celebration like this is so rare.

Families reunion often occurs after a year,
And it brings in all joyousness and cheer.
In everyone’s heart burns a positive flame,
As God grants them their happiness claim.
The victory of good is celebrated on a magnanimous scale,
Everyone enjoys this day without any fail.

But this festival of light is slowly turning so loud.
With crackers being used with no light and only sound.
Animals get affected by the sounds so loud,
Air toxicity increases in the nearby cloud.
Let’s take a pledge of not hurting our nature,
Try to celebrate a green Diwali caring for our future.

May a bucket of happiness get poured on you,
May every day bring to you something new.
I wish you all a prosperous and happy festival of light,

May every day in your life becomes a joy filled Diwali night.

P.S. HAPPINESS IS IN THE AIR... ITS DIWALI EVERYWHERE...

KARMA IS A BITCH...

Today I encountered a good experience, and my belief on GOD or whatever you call strengthened more. Its true whatever you do, will return back to you because KARMA IS A BITCH... Hope you all like it...  Today morning a wonderful experience I had, Though it felt good, trust me for someone it was bad. But what to do KARMA IS A BITCH, It never leaves till to you a lesson it teach. For every single word you speak that hurts other, One day with interest returns back to you and bother. But I am happy that someone is there, Who is ready to give every human their deserving share. Experiences in past had already made me a believer of God, But today I knew that no human is spared from his sword. The saying is true that, as you sow, so shall you reap; Even in a second the fortunes can flip. Don't hurt someone who's poor due to your present high status, Because even from the mud, someday blooms a lotus. For people who think nothing bad can happ...

KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM

Knowledge and wisdom. Just like 2 sides of the same coin.  Some feel knowledge is more important while for a few others, wisdom goes a long way. In my opinion, though, they both contribute more or less equally to a person's life. Yes, there are exceptions; a lot of exceptions. Still, I believe, with growth, with new generations coming in, both will play equal roles. During the beginning, knowledge surely has a greater role to play, but with age, wisdom and experiences are things that shall also matter a lot.  Now, knowledge and wisdom both grow with every new generation that impends on this planet. While the baggage of knowledge grows more as compared to wisdom because of the sheer amount of new technologies and inventions/discoveries that add up to the existing knowledge tree, wisdom is more subtle. Wisdom cannot be gained by surfing the internet, reading news articles, or on google. To develop wisdom, more creative approaches are required. Wisdom gets transferred from one ge...

A GIFT FOR THE BRIDE

A fter almost 3 months, I am blogging. This time its a story which is already there on my fb page. Happy reading. Sunaina, a girl of 24 years in the suburbs of Odisha was readying herself to leave her own home. The home of her own parents. It is 6 am in the morning. The night that just passed brought a big change in her life. From a cute cuddly daughter and sister, she has now become someone’s wife. She knows her husband well, but still she is not able to understand why she’s having that heartache. Silently, sitting in her room, tears were flowing down from her eyes. She was thinking how to control her tears. But she was unable to hold them back. Slowly, the door opened and she tried to wipe out her tears. Her brother silently stood and stared at her. She looked up and said, “Bhaiya, what happened?” Her brother, Manas entered the room and sat near her. “Sister, do you remember when you were six and I was eight, we played as kids with me performing your marriage. Do you ...
